About Us
Eco Marine and Energy Company Limited was incorporated in 2021 as a marine bunkering service company, servicing the Caribbean region. It was founded out of the need to meet the ever growing demand of the region’s marine sector for lubrication and Fuels requirements.
Our primary line of business is the marketing, warehousing, and distribution of lubricants and Fuels to internationally flagged marine vessels that pass through Jamaica.
We exclusively market and distribute the Castrol brand of lubricants, sourced directly from Castrol branded plants in North America.
We deliver Fuels and Lubricant via Bunker services within Jamaican waters 24 hours a day to Internationally Flagged Vessels at all recognized ports in Jamaica and also at Inner Anchorage in Kingston Jamaica.

Andrew Heron – CEO
Andrew is a Chemical Engineer and Financial Analyst with over 25 years experience in different categories of the Petroleum Industry. His experience covers Retail and Industrial Marketing, Marketing Technical Services, Lubricants Manufacturing and Logistics, Market Operations and Finance and Planning.
Derek Mogg – Operations & Logistics Administrator
Derek brings over 25 years’ experience in both Fuel and Lubricant operations within the Petroleum Industry that included areas of Customer Services, Logistics and Distribution, Inventory Management, Terminal Operations, Industrial Relations and Fleet Management from several leading marketing companies, Exxonmobil, Total and more recently West Indies Petroleum.
